Imperio Wealth has, through a company co-owned with other partners, purchased the central building located at number 175 Pau Claris Street.

This building is well known for having been home to the exclusive Vinçon design and decoration store.

This jewel of Catalan modernism was designed by the architect Antoni Rovira i Rabassa in 1898, and was home to famous painter Ramón Casas.

Imperio Wealth has purchased the residential part, with a surface area of 2000 m2, where it will design 11 exclusive flats over five floors and a spectacular attic.
